This could be for the following reasons:
- You are using the wrong email address
- You are using the wrong email password
- You do not have cookies enabled
You can use the Forgotten Password form to retrieve your password & check if the email address you have entered is correct.
If told you do not have cookies enabled try logging in again after following the instructions in the Cookie Help Section.
- How do I remove friends from my friends list?
- Select "My Profile" from the top menu & 'click on "Friends"
- Now you will see a list of your friends, you can delete friends in two ways
- Click on the "Red Cross" next to the desired friend to remove
- Check the box that is next to the desired friend you wish to remove and at the bottom of the page click the button "Delete Selected"
- Can I just have my Country showing on my profile?
Yes, although we recommend you use a town near you this will make your profile search results more valid
- It won't allow me to enter my city it comes up with somewhere totally different.
The system works on towns and not cities, and although it may have a few areas that it can't find at the moment it is being updated all the time. Again if the system cannot find your town simply choose a town close to you.
- I am a little worried about putting my town in as it is very small and I don't want to be too overt.
If you are worried about being too specific with your Town, why not choose a town a little further away or maybe the next big town. This way you can be as anonymous as you want.
- Why do I keep being asked to sign in?

There are two reasons why this would be the case these are:

You can upload as many as you like but only the latest one will show up as your profile thumbnail.

Yes, you can choose from any set you have ever posted on World Wide Wives.

To add multiple pictures to your profile just upload them as picture sets to the main World Wide Wives site. Click here to upload.
- Can I upload any type of pictures?
We do not allow pictures with email addresses, web site addresses, cartoon images or any illegal material such as child or animal pornography.
- How do I get more videos in my profile?
To add videos to your profile just upload them to the main World Wide Wives site. Click here to upload.
- Why has my upload not appeared?
This could be due to the following:
- We do not re post uploads (images or videos already on the site)
- The upload quality was too low for us to post
- Upload contained email or website addresses
- The upload contained text or special effects
- Our system could not process the format of your upload
- Will you remove my upload if I change my mind?
If you are unsure about uploading we advise you not to. We do not remove uploads once they have gone live on the site, so we ask you to be absolutely certain.
We are not trying to be awkward it is just that we do not have the time or manpower to spend it rebuilding old archive pages.
- How many pictures can I send?
You can upload up to ten at a time.
Tip: If you have 12 pictures, why not send them in 2 parts of 6, e.g. Sexy Sally and Sexy Sally II. These can now be posted on 2 separate days to maximize your feedback.
- Can I include web site addresses or email address?
No. We do not allow web site, email addresses, or watermarks on your uploads.
- Can I choose in which section my upload is shown?
This is determined by the nature of the content see: What defines whether a picture set is Softcore or Hardcore?
- How long before my upload goes live?
Your upload will go live in your profile immediately. If it qualifies it will also go live in either the Softcore, Hardcore or Video section within 24 hours and will automatically be entered in the monthly competition.
- Why is my upload only on my profile?
This could be because:
- Your upload contained less than 3 images
- Your upload quality was too low for any of the sections on the main site
- Your video upload was a picture slide show
- Your video upload was too short
- What defines whether a picture set is Softcore or Hardcore?
An upload will be deemed as Softcore unless it contains:
- Any images with cock visible
- Any images with penetration including toys etc.
- Any images containing watersports
- Any spread open close up pussy shots
If your set contains any of these pictures even if it is one picture in a set of ten, the whole set will be put into the Hardcore section.
- Can I send my pictures/ videos in a ZIP file to save time?
We only accept zip files for video uploads. If you experience difficulties with your upload please contact us via Request Support
- What are the terms and conditions for uploading?
By uploading to World Wide Wives you are agreeing to the following:
- You are the rightful owner of the upload and all those depicted are of legal age and consenting adults.
- Any copyright you may own on the uploads is not applicable to World Wide Wives and we can use the images as we see fit.
- A license is automatically issued to World Wide Wives giving us unconditional use of the uploads.
- You agree to absolve and hold harmless World Wide Wives and/or its associates from any liability whatsoever resulting from, but not limited to, the distribution and display of said material.
- If you are not sure you want your uploads available on the internet then DO NOT POST as World Wide Wives will not remove any uploads.
- We reserve the right to edit/publish any uploads given to World Wide Wives.
- Why didn't my message get through to the person I am sending it to?
This could be for one of the following reasons:
- It contains an email or website address. Only members or contributors that have a current upload (less than 7 days old) in any section of the site may do this
- It was flagged for moderation and was found to contain abuse or spam
- I get a message saying that someone cannot accept messages right now. Why is this?
This could be for one of the following reasons:
- The profile holder you are trying to send the message to does not wish to receive messages
- If you are not a full member you cannot send messages only recieve
- They are not a full member & do not have a current upload (less than 7 days old) in any section of the site
- Why can't I see the videos?
- You may not have the most up to date version of Flash installed on your computer. Please Download The Latest Flash Version
- Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player by using Windows Update
- Try disabling any firewall(s) you may have as they can sometimes stop the Video section from streaming the files to your computer.
If the videos still fail to play please tell us of any errors that the player reports via Request Support.
- Why can’t I get into the chatroom?
- Why have I been kicked out of, or banned from, the chatroom?
You may have been kicked or banned because you broke one of the chatroom rules:
- You were rude or abusive
- You tried to send website or email addresses
- You tried to advertise another website
How long could I been banned for?
There are always exceptions but as a rule the bans are as follows:
- Posting contact details - 24hr ban
- Posting web address - 24hr ban
- Being abusive to others - Immediate permanent ban
We reserve the right to ban repeat offenders indefinitely
- Why am I not seeing the website correctly?
We recommend you update your browser to the newest versions as older versions of browsers have compatibility issues with new technologies that are in use today and you may not be experiencing this website, and probably many others, to its full potential.
You are not required to update Google Chrome as this is done automatically
- Why am I seeing old information on my web pages?
This problem generally happens with Internet Explorer where it can sometimes show you old versions of the web pages that it has stored on your computer.
To force the new pages to be shown on the browser you can do this:
- Press Ctrl & F5 whilst in your browser to fully refresh the page or

Select the "Tools" menu & then the "Internet Options" item. In the new window click on the "General" tab & press the "Delete..." button.
Make sure only "Temporary Internet Files" is selected (unless you decide that you want to delete more) and then press the "Delete" button.
- How can I download the latest version of Flash?
- In the chatroom I can't click on the popup that asks me for permission to use my webcam
You can bypass this step by going to the
Website Privacy Settings panel,
selecting "chat.worldwidewives.com" from the list & selecting "Always Allow".
- I've got the latest version of Flash but still have problems
Please make sure that you have the most up to date version of your browser (see the Browser Help section), or try a different
browser altogether, as older browsers are not as compatible with Flash as they should be. If you try a new browser you may have to reinstall Flash as
there are different versions for Internet Explorer & other browsers.

If your problem isn't solved by any of the above then please search the
Flash Player Help and Support website and contact Adobe.
- How do I cancel my membership
- I am a member, why can't I access the members only content?
This could be for the following reasons:
- You are not logged into your profile
- Your rebill failed. This could be because you have been issued a new card and you now have a different expiry date. If this is the case you would need to rejoin with your new card.
- Your subscription period ended
If none of the above are relevant then please Submit A Support Request and tell us the following information:
- The billing company you joined through
- Your subscription/ membership id that was included in your confirmation email
- The username that was included in your confirmation email
- Your full name
We reserve the right to terminate any account free or paid if the user has been found to be abusive to other users, spam other users or have obtained a membership for the purpose of selling or promoting goods / services.
