WWW.TV Viewing Problems

1. If you are having problems with the TV section you will need to click the Windows Media player image at the top of the page to download the latest version of Windows Media Player,if you still have a problem after you have done this please let us know of any errors the player gives you.

2. Firewalls can sometimes stop the TV section from streaming the files to your computer. If the movies fail to play try disabling your firewall and try again.

3. When you click a link to play a movie clip you will be asked for your www2 login details, please make sure you have you details ready to enter into the password fields, you will only need to do this once as there is an option to save you details into the movie player by ticking the Save My Password box.
