You tell me what you need from me ! I am 5ft 7-8in approx, weigh 162lb, athletic build,dark brown hair (with a little grey), my eyes well you can tell me. I keep close tags on my health and fitness. I exercise 6 days out of seven, rest on Saturday, and enjoy gym work and cycling as well as other forms or raising heart and breathing rate,you can help me there. I do not want one night stand etc, but a semi-detached relationship. Would be happy for someone to be a once/twice weekly or week-end , not so much commitment but to get to KNOW each other. I am very experienced at giving massage and some Shiatsu, I get and give pleasure doing this. I will lend you a hand, let my fingers do the talking, and be willing to eat my fill of you, what do you say. No strings but any other contraptions allowed, who knows.
